Signature Files
Are you an avid Microsoft Outlook user for email? Did
you know that you can add a professional 'business card' to
the bottom of all your emails, or just have a personal one
for friends? Email content is created as text or
'HTML', which is what a majority of the internet websites
are programmed in, so your new signature file can have
eye-catching graphics in it. And for as little as $75,
you can be marketing yourself and your business to everyone
you send emails to. For small businesses, your
employees can also be using personal 'signature' files,
which means ALL emails leaving your office
will have your business contact information on them!
The 'cards' include handy tool tips on them so that when it
is pointed at, it will display helpful information.
For example, the address below in Lynn Hennessy's business
card will display "Click here for directions to Lynn's
agency..." when you point the mouse at it. This is all
available when a potential customer points to parts of your
email 'signature' file.
What I do is
create the 'signature' file with your direction, including a
background customized to your business. Then the files associated with
your new 'business card' can then be sent to you via email
to be loaded on your PC, and with a couple of changes in
Outlook, you're all set. For more help, feel free
to contact me at any time.
